Sometimes, simplicity is what you need, and this wild green tea provides that.  Harvested in the Fujian province of China, this tea is delicate, deep and completely delicious.  The Chinese believe that three cups of this tea every day will reduce stress and act as an elixir for the skin; I believe it too!

To brew a perfect cup, put a heaped teaspoon of wild green tea into a mug and allow it to infuse for a few minutes.  This amount of tea will be enough for 3-5 cups without any loss of flavour or anti oxidants.
